• Application forms can be downloaded from the following links. Please fill out the appropriate form and send it with necessary documents for admission. See the instruction illustrated in this page for necessary documents.

1. Application form for "Young Artist Category” and "Professional Category” is different. Please download the appropriate form for the category you are applying to. (Please refer to "Application Guideline" for the term "Professional Category" and "Young Artist Category")
2. Applicant can enter either, or both categories of Young Artist Category/ Professional Category.
3. Applicant of Young Artist Category can apply to multiple "classes".
4. Repertoire is free of choice.
5. The process of the “application”, “competition”, “notification afterward of the competition” is varied depending on “Young Artist Category” and “Professional Category”. Please refer to the following page, “Process of the competition” with a flow chart. (the flow chart is available also at the “Schedule” tab in this page)
